Menthol Light Tubes

Quite frankly, I am rather surprised that these are the only ones that aren't made. I know that you can make a mild menthol cigarette with light tobacco in a menthol tube, but it would really be light, like it should.

I am wondering this because my dad still smokes Salem lights, even after I let him try one of my homemade ones. He told me he can't stand the FSC. Yet I'm wondering why he hasn't let me make him smokes.
