Our first order from D&R, a couple months back, was for a bag of Wingate Light and a Rizla 'Cigarette Size' starter kit.
Great Delivery, we ordered on a Friday and received the package on Tuesday, only problem was that the HH injector wasn't included... so here we were with a bag of tobacco and 2 boxes of tubes and we couldn't try them out!
I emailed them the next day and mentioned I was disappointed in the service because we had been hoping to try out a few other D&R brands like their Wingate Gold and WinterGold. Within 30 minutes we got an Email response that they would check the shipment.
The following Monday we received the package with the MIA injector, and two sample packets of tobacco, Wingate Gold and WinterGold! That's what I call great customer service!
Now if they would just update that website, I've got 5 bookmarks set in the site and I still can't always find what I know is there, frustrating.
