I've only had the Vengeur pipe cut so far but don't see why AB should be any different for ease of stuffing. The more I smoke AB the more impressed I am with it. I was afraid this one would get old after a while but it's having the opposite effect. Rarely am I not in the mood for some Latakia nowadays.
There are a few advantages to the new pipe cut that I'm surprised noone seems to be talking about; freshness, durable smokes and less shake. The thicker cuts will stay hydrated or "fresh" quite a bit longer and there should be a marked reduction in shake (we should be getting a S-CHIP credit for shake lost to each lb as it is anyhow). What I mean by durable is that our smokes shouldn't settle nor spill baccy out the end quite as much which can be a bit of a nuisance after a long/active day.
